Beta version — ready for the first pharmacies
Sekuvia Pharmacy is a separate product with its own installation and licence; you don't need the system for practices. The core functions work; still in development are fiscal device support, electronic links to insurance funds (e-prescription) and fiscalisation under the new rules. Until then, insurance prescriptions are claimed by print and export.
From everyday problems to solutions
A medicine expires on the shelf and nobody notices in time.
Every batch has its expiry date, the till offers what expires first, and the system warns before expiry.
The till doesn't add up at the end of the day.
Shifts with float, cash drops, interim report and closing with counted cash.
Wholesaler orders are put together from memory and on paper.
An order suggestion is built from sales, minimum stock and missed sales, and sent by e-mail.
Insurance prescriptions are copied and checked by hand.
The prescription is recorded at the till with checks for validity, list and quantity; the fund claim is prepared automatically.
You don't know which items sit for months and which are always missing.
Reports show turnover, margin, slow movers and missed sales — with Excel export.
Several branches, each with its own spreadsheets.
Stock and turnover of all branches on one screen, with transfers between them.
What the system does
Till and shifts
Barcode scanner, automatic batch selection, cash, card or bank transfer, discounts, parked receipts, returns linked to the original receipt.
Prescriptions and funds
Private and insurance prescriptions, prescription book, medicine lists per fund, co-payment, claims and disputed prescriptions.
Stock and batches
Goods receipt, supplier returns, write-offs, stocktaking, transfers — every change is kept, corrections by reversal.
Expiry and batch recalls
Warnings for soon-to-expire items, minimum stock and essential medicines; recalled batches are blocked at the till.
Purchasing
Order suggestions, orders per supplier by e-mail and goods receipt that creates the costing document.
Compounding
Formulas, preparation from substance batches, laboratory protocol and label; potent substances for pharmacists only.
Loyalty card
Points and discounts for regular customers; customer data only with consent and encrypted.
Multiple branches
Central overview of turnover, shifts, stock and warnings, availability per branch and stock transfers.
27 reports
Sales, stock, purchasing, margin, VAT and the statutory purchase and consumption record — with filters, charts, Excel and print.
Accounting
Export as CSV, Excel or XML with accounts and an API for accounting software — financial data only.
Narcotics and poisons
Recipient and ID are entered at the till, the registers fill themselves and can be printed. Auxiliary record — electronic keeping in development.
Import and switching
Items, suppliers, opening stock and fund lists from CSV/Excel — with a preview before applying.

Data stays in the pharmacy
Sekuvia Pharmacy runs on the pharmacy's own server. Data about customers, prescriptions and turnover does not go to Sekuvia — we only see the licence status. Insured persons' and customers' data is encrypted and every access to the prescription book is logged.
